What would happen with two admins on the same pc?

I was wondering on vista what would happen if i had two admins. I have a standard account but I am currently in the admins account. I changed my account to an Administrator, but what would happen if I left the other account as an admin. Would i still have to type in his pword to download something and would he be able to chnage me back as a standard user?
