I want some 16 party ideas?

so...i'll be 16 in like 7 months and i want a special party! i was thinking about loud music, a dirty-glamor theme (i mean with lights, hip hop music) and i want some black and pink balloons and a nice cake. the problem is that i'm in a small town and you know....(BTW...not from the US :]) So any other ideas? like decorations, music, food, games! Thanks! :*
