Is there a treatment for completely damaged optic nerve due to glaucoma?

I have lost complete vision in my right eye due to optic nerve damage by Glaucoma. Slowly i am losing vision in my left eye as well due to high pressure. Does anyone know of any treatment or has seen or heard anyone getting the vision back after the complete damage of the optic nerve. I hope i will have enough vision to read your answers? Thanks in advance.
