Help on possibly pursuing a sing career?

ok im 13 years old and i live in sarasota florida. first off Moving is deff not an option for me :/ and probably not any trips either. alright i have all ways loved to sing and of course i wanted to be a singer since i was 2 but at around 9 or 10 i gave up that dream thinking it was impossible but now my parents say i can take voice lesson's and now that am older (if it was an option) be on like disney or something but without moving or going to l.a or new york at least right away is this possible? and what are the steps?
