Is it a statistical fact that men will keep growin until age 20?

if it is, then midgets that are like 4'11 at age 15 still have hope cuz they still got 5 yrs left, they might reach 5 foot 9 inches or somethin, u never know. right now i'm 5'6 and my goal is 5'10
