In WoW, where should I go after Duskwood? ?

I have a level 29 Warlock and I've done all the quests in Duskwood. I think I'm supposed to go to Stranglethorn Vale next, but am wondering if there are any alternatives. I'm a little hesitant to go there because I tried and a horde tauren killed me the second I crossed the bridge...
