Thoughts On These Two Middle Name Girl Combinations?

Overall I quite like your choices, especially Madeleine Ivy Grace. In fact the only two I'm not keen on is the top and bottom one. I like the name Isobel and Grace, and I think it's sweet choosing a name in memory of someone but the others I despise, sorry.
