How to improve the fps in Team Fortress 2?

auctally i had the same problem me and my friend too i guess what i did was i reinstalled let it update cleaned my computer and downloaded Game Booster to disable all the programs u dont need and then tried it works perfectly its amazing now and if u need help add nasr675269
