Spiteful sister- in- law what do I do now?

O ne of my sister in laws hurt me and my siblings real bad by her stupid remarks some years ago ,Over the years I have been reeling by what she said but I tried to put it behind and spoke whenever we met not warmly but I tried , she on the other hand has decided she can't be bothered to call to the house but will visit my married daughters some short distance away when she is in the area , her godchild ( who is now also an adult ) she completely ignores her as she do her brother , I did nothing wrong everyone in the family knows she is the b----h and she is a religious nun at that . How can someone who was wrong and know they were wrong be so spiteful and to add insult to injury I have her intellectually disabled brother living with me because the other mean sister would not have him . At xmas she will have presents for everyone as long as they dont live in our house .I deserve better treatment than that and so do her brother ,should I give up trying for my husbands sake , silence is his way of dealing with the issue she don't bother him and he don't go looking for her . There is no point in him talking to her he is totally against her actions towards me I am tired of her behaviour what is left for me to do .
