Should I start this NSA relationship?

Im on an Intimate encounter site and this guy contacted me,who ticked all my boxes. I like to have some kind of connection even in a NSA arrangement and he feels the same. The problem is due to work commimtments,bad timing and distance we havent been able to arrange to meet yet,and its been 6 weeks. We've been in constant contact,texting,phoning and emailing. Im feeling confused as he has asked me to come off the site as he doesnt like me even chatting to other guys,and he has done the same. Has be already formed an attachment to me through our contact because I know I have,as I feel I know him really well. Would starting a NSA rlationship be a bad idea as we have more than a ual connection aready.
