Lowest lvls for Elite 4 Diamond?

Your party isn't that bad but you will need to level them. The 2 strongest pokemon in the elite 4 are level 66. The order goes like this: Bug-Ground-Fire-Pyschic. The champion has a variety of pokemon. Hope this helped.
