Im a student in U of T I lost my study permit (altho i still have my study visa). how i can get one reprinted?

Im a student in the University of Toronto and I lost my study permit (that which you get printed upon your arrival to the country). I still have my study visa in my pport meaning my study permit is still valid, however, I lost the doent. Does anyone know how I can get one reprinted somewhere in a CIC building in the GTA!?!
