If Surat Al-Ma’idah was one of the last Surah to be revealed?

it wasnt even prohibited permanently at khaibar.. in an invasion, the ruler may decide to prohibit temporary marriage for his soldiers in that instance if he saw it fit for different reasons.. the prophet did that for reasons, and it was in no way intended to be permanent..
