I pulled my hamstring last week and played softball on it still. It was terrible pain. I couldn't move much in the game and I could barely walk the next couple days. Now I have another game tomorrow and I want to play but it is still nagging me. I have a hamstring wrap and will definitely use icy hot... any other pointers to help me get through this? I don't want to hurt it worse but I'm pretty stubborn about playing. Also I play shortstop... so I move alot!
